Paul Gratrick is Head of Operations in Student Experience and Enhancement at the University of Liverpool, working with academic and professional service staff to enhance and add value to the careers and employability provision for students and graduates. He is AGCAS President, and an independent member of the OfS Quality and Assessment Committee.
