Jo Walters is an independent communications consultant. Jo has seen students’ unions from a number of angles – as a student, sabbatical officer, trustee and staff member. She was the Communications Manager at Sussex Students’ Union before setting up 25 Dots, a marketing and communications agency for students’ unions and other small organisations.
