Neelam Wright

Neelam Wright is a senior teaching fellow and cross-disciplinary academic developer at the University of Southampton. She has worked for multiple universities in a range of teaching, education and research support roles. Her research specialisms are in cultural studies and education pedagogy. Neelam is an EDI consultant and change agent lobbying for improving the experiences and progression of underrepresented groups in HE. Her current work supports diversification and inclusive practice within film studies, STEM, doctoral education and the research ecosystem more broadly.
