Loic Menzies is Director of the education and youth “think and action-tank” LKMco. Loic is an ex-teacher and youth worker who carries out research to shape policy and help youth and education organisations better support young people. He has published extensively on topics such as teacher recruitment and retention as well as on issues affecting different marginalised groups.
