Jacqueline Baxter

Jacqueline Baxter is Professor of Public Policy and Management at the Open University Business School. A Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she is also a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and a member of The Association of Coaching. Her current research investigates personal and organisational strategy as learning and identity.
