Glen Noble is Founder and Director of Noble Endeavours, providing expert support to universities managing UK-China research risks, strategy, and partnerships. He is a Fellow of The IC Global Partnership and previously spent 8 years in China, first as Deputy Director for UKRI China, and then Director of Research for the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
