Yaz Iyabo Osho is Director of Academic Professional Development at the Centre for Education and Teaching Innovation (CETI) at the University of Westminster and a Principal Lecturer. Her work spans academic development, anti-racist curriculum design, and equity in higher education, with particular attention to the experiences of Black students and staff.

She is the author of How to Embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Business School: Beyond EDI through Anti-Racist and Decolonial Practice (forthcoming). She is also the founder of the cross-institutional conference Holding the Space: Shining a Light on Black Academics and the Global Ethnic Majority Women in Academia (GEMWA) network, both of which centre Black and minoritised ethnic academics, scholarship, lived experience and practice across institutions and borders.
