We are a prestigious, specialist higher education institution with taught degree awarding powers, looking for an experienced Higher Education professional to support the Head of Registry Services and Secretary & Dean of Students with policy and operational matters.

As a small institution, the role holder’s duties will be wide ranging and the role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a broad range of activities within a busy, hardworking, and friendly Registry team. The role holder will be committee secretary to Operations Board, co-ordinate School policies and guidance and work alongside the Head of Registry Services to enhance Registry office operations, policies and processes.

The successful role holder will need to have experience of policy writing and policy management and an understanding of statutory responsibilities including Unistats, CMA and the UK Higher Education Quality Code.

It is also essential that the successful role holder has strong IT and data analysis skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365 and student record systems, preferably SITS), be highly organised and have a commitment to excellent customer service.
