You will provide flexible organisational and administrative support to the Faculty’s research and enterprise activity, including supporting academic staff in the preparation of bids for external funding and coordinating approval through internal University processes. This will include advising on procedures and funder requirements and assisting with the preparation of project costings. You will support the management of project budgets and resources including forecasting. You will act as a first point of contact to schools, providing information on grant activity and performance as appropriate.

You will be familiar with working in a research environment, and will have experience of managing research grants and finances; excellent interpersonal skills including tact and discretion and will bring a strong commitment to customer service to the post. In addition, excellent communication skills and the ability to have a flexible team working capabilities will be essential.
