Teesside University is recruiting a Deputy Director, Student Wellbeing and Welfare.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive forward a culture of transformation and change within Student and Library Services.

The successful candidate is required to be educated to higher degree level or have equivalent experience.  It is essential that the candidate holds a membership of relevant professional body.  The post holder should have significant experience of and active engagement in student facing services at a senior level.

Working within Student and Library Services alongside the senior management team you will encourage empowerment, innovation and ultimately, student success.   Leading on strategic projects including the University Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Prevent as well as providing leadership across welfare and advice services, mental health, counselling, and sport.
