The Guardian University Awards 2019

The Guardian is celebrating the seventh year of the Guardian University Awards, which recognise the best in British universities and set the benchmark for higher education excellence.

The Guardian invites entries from UK universities and university professionals across 14 categories, honouring excellence in everything from teaching practice to beautiful buildings.

Winning a Guardian award highlights a university’s achievements to the website’s 8 million daily readers around the world. Of those readers, one in five describes themselves as a student – exactly the people who need to know which universities are doing an especially great job. Details of all winning and shortlisted projects will feature on the Guardian website after the ceremony.

Entries will close on Friday 15 February 2019, followed by a ceremony held in central London, in April 2019. Results will be published by the Guardian the following day.
