You may have seen on the site that we have inverted the National Student Survey to look at dissatisfaction rates – today we take that one step further and examine correlations between questions. Specifically, I’ve plotted dissatisfaction expressed via the percentage giving a score of one or two for question 1 (“Staff are good at explaining things.”) against the dreaded question 10 (“Feedback on my work has been timely.”) For clarity I’ve used whole institution scores, and filtered to exclude response sizes of less than 50 students.
