Could you play a part in helping us to drive a range of customer focused services in a fast paced, multi-channel environment, ensuring effective cross team working to meet the diverse support needs of our student and staff community? Then join our award-winning Student Hub team as a Student Hub Manager.

Educated to degree level, you will have significant relevant experience in a front-of-house or telephone team setting and a proven track record in the management and supervision of a large team which works across different disciplines. You will be responsible for supervision of time keeping, rota work and outputs at a team level, as well as supervising a large of temporary staff during peak business periods.  You will also have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, organisational and IT skills and a wide understanding of the support needs of customers and customer service excellence.
