Account Based Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Account-Based Marketing Executive will support on the design and execution of outstanding marketing campaign plans and activities that help drive and secure room occupancy targets across the UPP accommodation offer to students across the UK.

You will be responsible for inputting into and supporting the team on compiling marketing strategy documents for those sites directly selling accommodation to the student marketplace, liaise with site teams to monitor both the implementation and progress of marketing strategies and help produce reports on research and insight to develop marketing methods for directly targeting students at other relevant sites and help build and drive best practice marketing approaches.

You will be responsible for assisting on relevant operational communications needed at sites and as instructed by the Director of Marketing aligned to our three-year business plan.

You will bring creative thinking and multi-channel knowledge, especially across the digital marketing landscape in order to build and execute ABM programmes that are aligned to wider university marketing strategies in order to position UPP as a partner of choice and drive additional loyalty through designing co-owned initiatives and activities.

You will need experience supporting B2B campaigns across the full mix of marketing channels and tactics, with an understanding of running multiple marketing programmes and have experience using technology-driven, digital, personalised campaign strategies and tactics.

Ideally, you will have experience with ABM strategies and methodologies, and experience of creating materials in house.
