We are seeking a senior leader with expertise in developing policy and then making change happen. You’ll be responsible for a substantial roster of projects that support our ambitious education agenda, and for bringing together the teams and networks responsible for this activity. You’ll also play an important role in strengthening UCL’s institutional capacity to respond effectively to the Teaching Excellence Framework exercise in 2019-20.

You’ll have a detailed understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the HE sector, and combine creativity and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to delivering across a wide range of commitments. This is a varied and high-profile role for an individual seeking considerable autonomy and the chance to drive change on a number of fronts, at a crucial time for UCL’s education agenda.
