You will also be responsible for maintaining, forecasting and monitoring the financial performance of the 10-year Capital Programme within the constraints of the University’s Long Term Financial Plan as well as maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts in relation to all capital investment.
A qualified accountant, you will be customer focused with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. In addition to your substantial relevant finance accounting experience you will also be able demonstrate a working knowledge of taxes as they relate to land, property and other capital assets.
