Simon Horrocks

Simon Horrocks is an independent consultant. He recently completed a strategic review of postgraduate online learning programmes at the University of Edinburgh. Prior to that he was Assistant Director (Development, Learning & Teaching) at The Open University in Wales. He began his career as an academic at Cardiff University, teaching film and media studies.
