Georgina Randsley de Moura

Professor Georgina Randsley de Moura is Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of London and South East University Group (LASE) and Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology with research specialisms in leadership and innovation. She is committed to widening access into higher education, social mobility and inclusion. She led major transformation initiatives at the University of Kent and in her previous role as Interim Vice Chancellor of the University of Kent, led the creation of LASE the UK’s first multi-university group in partnership with the University of Greenwich.
