Gary F. Fisher is the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine’s Academic Developer for Online Education. His work spans educational practice, leadership, and policy contribution. He has worked across a wide range of educational contexts, including Russell Group and post-92 universities, further education, heritage education, rehabilitative education within the UK prison system, and the Library of Congress in Washington D.C.
