Elwen Evans KC is vice chancellor of the University of Wales and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and chair of Unis Wales. Prior to her appointment in 2023, she was pro vice chancellor and executive dean for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Swansea University.
