Doris Ruth Eikhof is Professor of Cultural Economy & Policy and Academic Lead for Inclusive Research Practice at the University of Glasgow. She is a member of the REF People and Diversity Advisory Panel and CEO & Creative Director of Design Otherwise. Doris’ research, industry and policy work focuses on diversity and inclusion in the cultural economy, and her 2024 book Diversity & Inclusion: Are We Nearly There Yet? explains how to use targets and diversity data to build more inclusive, creative and productive workplaces.
