The role

An exciting opportunity is available to work in the Open University’s Strategy Office, providing expertise on institutional performance management, including the analysis and reporting of the University’s performance against a range of strategic measures. This role also includes extensive stakeholder engagement.

Skills and experience

To be effective in this role, you will have outstanding analytical skills and the ability to translate strategic considerations into practical actions. You will have strong communication skills, oral, written and presentational, ideally with experience in writing committee papers. You will also demonstrate sound judgement and an ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with a diverse group of people at all levels.
