We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic PR, Press and Communications Officer who shares our commitment to improving and promoting the UK’s world-class reputation for delivering a quality higher education experience for all students.

This role within our Governance, Policy and Communications department is responsible for the operation of QAA’s public relations, press office and social media work. The role supports the promotion of our membership services, commercial services and international activity.

About you
We are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role; developing and handling public relations and press work, responding quickly and appropriately to developing situations including liaison with, and briefing of, senior colleagues.

It is important that you are have excellent verbal communication skills. Previous experience of working in the UK higher education sector would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
