The Open University and Jisc present: The Change Agents’ Network (CAN)

Hosted by The Open University, supported by Jisc, the Change Agents’ Network (CAN) promotes student-staff partnership in higher and further education. It’s a community of staff and students working together as change agents, pioneers, ambassadors, or in other roles in partnership on a huge variety of teaching and learning projects.

The CAN conference is an opportunity to showcase this groundbreaking partnership work, and engage staff and students from HE and FE institutions in a community of experience and best practice. In 2019 the CAN conference theme will be ‘The evolving landscape of staff-student partnerships’.

The full conference programme for the 2019 Change Agents’ Network conference has now been published online. The conference title, ‘The evolving landscape of staff-student partnership’, covers six key areas or themes:

1.     Informed Innovation: Working with Students

2.     Partnerships in Curriculum Innovation/Design

3.     Engaging Students in Change

4.     Landscape of Student Voice

5.     Positioning Ourselves for Future Success

6.     Engaging a Diverse Student Body

The mix of presentations, posters, workshops and demonstrations will give delegates some great insight into and experience of the staff-student partnership work being engaged in across the HE and FE sectors.
