The Stories We Tell: Using institutional research to enhance policy, practice and engagement
There is still time to register for the 8th annual UK and Ireland Higher Education Institutional Research Network (HEIR) conference at the Paisley Campus of the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) from 10th -11th September 2015.
The event will explore the role of institutional research in supporting higher education institutions, agencies and practitioners to make sense of the rapidly changing and globalised education context. Conference tracks are: Communities of Engagement; Learner Journeys; Learning Analytics; Performance and Impact; and Institutional Management.
Keynote speakers:
- Professor Andrea Nolan OBE, Principal and Vice Chancellor, Edinburgh Napier University
- Professor Robin Middlehurst, Professor of Higher Education, Kingston University London
- Professor Andy Westwood, Associate Vice President for Public Affairs at the University of
Manchester and Professor of Politics and Policy at the University of Winchester.
The full two-day fee is £150 (£75 for students).
