Her applied research operates across two streams: psycholegal studies examining jury decision-making and justice reform policy impact, and business and organisational decision-making. Her current work focuses on graduate apprenticeship programmes and entrepreneurial synergy, exploring how experiential learning enhances decision-making processes. This research bridges academic theory with industry practice, extending her foundational work in decision-making bias into pedagogical innovation within business education.
