Yvonne Chakraborty has interests in environmental communication and education, climate-related policy, urban resilience in the face of climate change, urban food growing, climate finance, and fossil fuel divestment. Her background in both the creative and healthcare sectors fostered her interest in the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach in helping respond to complex issues such as the climate crisis. She has previously run her own business and has experience in the voluntary sector. She has a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine from BCOM.
