Yolana Pringle is Deputy CEO and Director of Partnerships and Programmes at the Careers Research & Advisory Centre (CRAC). She leads the Vitae programme, which supports and champions the professional and career development needs of researchers. She has led major sector consultations and projects relating to research culture, policy, and careers.
