Natalie Freeman manages an employability skills award for the University of East Anglia careers service and is currently undertaking action research on how student experiences of careers education in secondary schools influence their engagement with university careers services. Natalie holds the Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development, and has experience of creating and leading the careers education programme for a secondary school in Norwich. Now working in HE, she is on a mission to improve cohesion between secondary and tertiary careers education provision. To compliment her Master’s and EdD research, Natalie reflects on continuity of careers education between the sectors in her ‘Building the Careers Bridge’ blog. Natalie is a member of the CDI, a Skills Award Task Group member for AGCAS and a member of the National Careers Week Management Group.
