Naomi Oosman-Watts is an Assistant Director in the Careers Service at Newcastle University,
responsible for Career Management and Graduate Employability Data. She is also Director for
Graduate Outcomes at the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) representing
the organisation on the HESA Graduate Outcomes Steering Group and co-chairing the association’s
Graduate Employability Outcomes Data Group.
