Morag Walling is Embedding Employability Consultant with King’s College, London and the Careers Group. Morag’s work supports academic staff and the wider institution to better understand the topics of employability and careers. The aim of this work is to develop sustainable institutional solutions that will enable all students to maximise the value of their academic and King’s-wide experience for their future. As a careers and employability professional having worked with young people and graduates from secondary through to tertiary education and beyond Morag has taken a particular interest in developing an understanding of why many young people find it difficult to relate to these topics.
