Megan is a Policy and Research Manager in the Education and Skills team at Policy Connect, a cross-party think tank. She was the author of the Higher Education Commission’s 2020 report on disabled students’ experiences of higher education, ‘Arriving at Thriving: Learning from disabled students to ensure access for all’. She also recently authored a Skills Commission inquiry into the careers advice and guidance system in England, ‘Transition to Ambition: Navigating the careers maze’. Prior to joining Policy Connect, Megan worked in employability and skills in local government, and before that completed an MSc in Gender, Policy and Inequalities at LSE.
