Janet Metcalfe

Janet Metcalfe is Head of Vitae. She leads on the implementation of the UK Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers and is currently researching the mental health and wellbeing of doctoral researchers. She works across the world with research institutions and funders to create professional development programmes for researchers at all stages of their research career.
