Gary Jones is the Director of Academic Engagement & Retention at The University of Winchester. He is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, Senior Fellow of Advance HE, and a UKAT Recognised Leader in Advising. Gary has over two decades of experience in the higher-education sector, and has held a variety of roles and positions, including Personal Academic Tutor, Programme Leader, Head of Department, and Acting Dean. Gary is passionate about the student experience and transformative education.
