Goldsmiths is working towards a more comprehensive and medium-term approach to strategic planning. We are seeking people who are innovative and service-orientated, able to interpret data and analysis, to understand the operational environment of different parts of the university, and to work with a wide range of colleagues to develop and implement change.
The new small team of Strategic Planning Partners will need to work collaboratively to embed itself into the regular cycle of planning and budgeting. Role-holders will need the ability to engage and influence managers and academic leaders across the university.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to develop their practical experience of planning and delivering change to meet institutional strategic objectives. Knowledge of the higher education environment and of the varying demands and requirements of different functions within a university, and how these inter-relate, will be hugely beneficial.
