As we look ahead to 2031, when our University will celebrate 150 years of creativity, innovation and global impact, we are appointing to a new role of Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Global Engagement and Partnerships who will be directly accountable to the Vice-Chancellor for leading the development of the University’s Global Vision and Strategy.

This will include working with internal and external stakeholders to increase the University’s international profile, reputation and performance in overseas markets promoting the University’s education and research strengths overseas; overseeing existing and developing new international partnerships that will enhance the University’s global reputation; increasing the range and flexibility of international opportunities for Liverpool students to study or work abroad; and ensuring that all undergraduate and postgraduate international students at Liverpool have an outstanding educational experience and working collaboratively with Executive Pro-Vice-Chancellors and Deans to embed a culture of global orientation within the ethos of the institution.
