Salary: Senior Staff Salary Band from £64,353 per annum

The University of Roehampton is looking for a Director of Recruitment and International Development to lead a dynamic team who are responsible for all aspects of student recruitment, at home and overseas.

This includes UK and international partnership development, engagement with schools and colleges, widening participation activities, the management of the University’s overseas offices and agent network, and incoming and outward mobility. They will oversee student conversion activities, at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

The successful candidate will be able to build and develop excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders; will generate innovative ideas and initiatives and have exceptional management and organisational abilities.
