New Rules is back for 2025.

Has SU strategy become stale? Are SUs responding dynamically to the big changes taking place in the external environment? What do students need from their SU in the future? How can we respond to the HE finance crisis? And are there assumed models about what a good SU is that are stopping us achieving for students?

At New Rules 2025 (University of Manchester SU, 12th June) in conjunction with CounterCulture, we’ll bring together an officer and senior manager from participating SUs in an exciting and unique one day strategy exercise designed to get creativity flowing. You’ll leave with ideas, insights and a new way to approach SU strategy in the years ahead. And yes, it’s free for SUs subscribers. If you’re interested in helping out with facilitation, let us know.
