Hanna Groothuizen is a Research Culture Manager at King’s College London and an organisational researcher working across health services research and higher education. She has held research, teaching, researcher development, and research culture roles across several UK universities. Her doctoral and postdoctoral work examined professional judgement, ethics, implementation and organisational practice in NHS and healthcare education contexts. She now applies organisational research and implementation science perspectives to research culture challenges.
