In order to help achieve this vision as a globally networked university with high-quality education and research and innovation, the University is now seeking to appoint a new Director of Student Recruitment.

As a Professional Services Director, the Director will provide strategic leadership across a number of crucial business functions including domestic and international student recruitment, and delivering brand and reputation through our in country offices. They will lead the strategic cohort rebalancing programme, helping to diversify the student body and support widening access, and work with senior academic leaders across the University on short- and longer-term planning.

The postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering the University’s strategy for engagement, insight and profile raising in overseas markets to support diverse high quality student recruitment and transnational education collaborations to maximise the University’s impact and reputation internationally.

We are seeking a Director with strong strategic and leadership experience. They will combine this with an ability to work collaboratively across their team, the wider University and overseas, leveraging their existing understanding of the sector and the global landscape.
