Credit transfer frameworks are once again making policy waves. Mark Atlay and Wayne Turnbull from the UK Credit Forum explain the current state of the art.
Wayne Turnbull is Head of Academic Policy at Liverpool John Moores University. He is a Director of the Northern Universities Consortium (NUCCAT) a forum for higher education practitioners with an interest in the design, implementation and regulation of credit-based curriculum and its implications for the student experience and progression. He is Co-chair of the UK Credit Forum, monitoringdevelopments in the higher education sector pertaining to the awarding of credit, credit transfer, the operation of modular frameworks and their underpinning regulation.
