Are you an experienced manager with relationship management, opportunity development and income generation skills in the Heritage industry?

The University of Exeter is a Russell Group university that combines world-class research with very high levels of student satisfaction. Exeter has over 21,000 students from more than 130 different countries and is in the top 1% of universities in the world with 98% of its research rated as being of international quality. Our research focuses on some of the most fundamental issues facing humankind today. Fifty percent of our organisation is made up of Professional Services support staff that partner closely with the Academic colleges to ensure we achieve our strategy and vision.

We are investing in our Directorate of Innovation, Impact and Business to drive forward our already strong relationships with organisations and businesses; grow our potential for significant impact; and galvanise regional innovation.  You will operate within a broader team servicing different thematic areas and will support a significant and already successful portfolio of research and education initiatives supported by the Heritage subtheme.

We need an expert to lead the University of Exeter’s work to identify and grow partnerships with heritage  and associated organisations including funders, museums and galleries, and other organisations and businesses to help answer today’s global challenges through a better understanding of the past.
