Editor’s note: an apology

We wish to apologise to Ede & Ravenscroft (E&R) for the article "Students are paying the price for supplier deals on campus", which contained inaccuracies. E&R has not engaged in any unlawful or underhand conduct, and the claims made by Churchill Gowns in the Competition Appeal Tribunal (in relation to commission and other matters) were all dismissed. E&R was not asked for any comment prior to the publication of the article. This article was subsequently withdrawn.
