Susan Clarke is a Reader in Applied Life Science in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Queen’s University Belfast. She is a member of the Institutional Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team and Queen’s Gender Initiative, having led her own school’s Athena SWAN programme and the University’s Swan Champion Network for six years.
