Richard Vytniorgu

Richard Vytniorgu is a Research Fellow in the School of Health, Medicine, and Life Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire. He is the Faith Rep of the UH LGBTQ+ Staff Network. He researches issues around LGBTQ+ belonging and inclusion across the life course, as well as wider issues around sexual identity and practice. While at the University of Exeter (2021–22), he wrote a policy brief for the Higher Education Policy Institute on developing belonging among students in Higher Education.
