Derek Ong is a Principal Lecturer and Associate Head (Scholarly Activities) of the Marketing Department in Hertfordshire Business School. He is also the Co-Chair of the UH LGBTQ+ Staff Network and as a Malaysian, believe in the potential power of diversity where everyone shares an equal responsibility in ensuring everyone embraces inclusivity and celebrates diversity.
