Rachel Maxwell is a seasoned leader in higher education, having dedicated ten years to a UK university, including seven as Head of Learning and Teaching Development. In this capacity, she spearheaded strategic institutional change initiatives, focusing on the enhancement of student success and the integration of a comprehensive graduate attributes framework. Rachel oversaw the development and implementation of academic policies and played a pivotal role in deploying student engagement analytics to inform and drive improvements across the institution.
As Director of Sector Engagement and Academic Research at Kortext, Rachel collaborates closely with a diverse range of clients, leading sector-wide projects that advance student success. Her expertise encompasses engagement analytics, student advising, and the strategic integration of AI, ensuring impactful outcomes across the sector.
