Natalie Thompson

Natalie Thompson is the Widening Participation Officer at Magdalene College, University of Cambridge, with responsibility for strategy and evaluation.

Natalie holds a BA in History from the University of Cambridge, and is currently completing an MA in Education Policy at University College London. Her current research focuses on the interactions and partnerships between Widening Participation practitioners and school-based Careers Leaders to support students’ future choices.
