Livia Scott was Wonkhe’s Associate Editor and Partnerships Coordinator, and before that was Wonkhe SUs’ Community and Policy Officer. Livia supported Wonkhe’s work with our partners, carrying out research, organising events, and helping to ensure Wonkhe delivers great value and insight for our partners and to our whole community via the work our partners support.
A history student who has completed both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree, and a former peer mentor, Livia served as the full time elected Education Officer at Newcastle University Students’ Union in 2021-22. At Newcastle Livia led on work to promote the student interest as we emerged from the pandemic – lobbying for online learning resources, securing improvements to teaching and delivery, driving better access to academic and wellbeing support and lobbying for changes to the personal tutoring system.
