Julie Farrell is Birmingham City University’s Head of Policy & Strategy. She advises the Vice-Chancellor’s Office on higher education policy developments; provides analysis and recommendations to support the development of institutional strategy; and supports policy implementation and associated strategic change initiatives across the University.

Before joining Birmingham City University, Julie spent over 15 years in a consultancy environment working at the intersection of education, skills and employment policy, developing expertise in policy analysis, strategic advice and programme evaluation.
